An ever evolving sense of style.

All I can think about is Kanye's line "Damn, them new loafers hurt my pockets." Seriously, I'd love a pair of these A.P.C. tassle loafers. I find that my style is maturing a bit. I wouldn't have been interested in these a few years ago. I was only interested in sneakers, fitted caps, and a bit of jewelry. I've always considered myself fashionable; but I can now say that and really understand what it means. I had only been into one genre of clothing. It's taken me up until now to understand that there are different genres in fashion. Most importantly, I don't have to fit into one. Now comes to process of making it all work for me.

I've also found myself into wallets these days. Trust me, I don't think anyone would have said that I've always been the type to carry one. No, I relied solely on rubberbands. They held my money and whatever cards that I needed to hold. Not now. I love my Polo by Ralph Lauren passcase wallet. I'm looking into collecting all kinds of wallets. I think the style of wallet says a lot about a man's personality. It's a hidden form of expression. Women have bags, I'll have my wallets. I'm kind of into the graphite Louis Vuitton damier print wallet. Well, it's more than kind of. I'd love to have that as the second wallet in my "collection." It's definitely my style. Besides, my Polo one needs company; his nickname's Damier.

I couldn't see myself where I am today. I pledged that I would never get rid of my sneakers only lifestyle. Now, I'm looking forward to buying a new suit. I want a handkerchief, too. Let's not forget a tie clip. I really want to be as smooth and dapper as I can be. I enjoy looking good. I'd seriously love to study fashion, but I'm far too into what I like to get into other things. That's my nice way of saying some of the stuff I see is bullshit and I don't want to know about it. Whose idea was it to put Lady Gaga on a best-dressed list? Fashion is interpretive though, right?
